Login Update
The recent login issue affecting some users has now been resolved. As part of the recent upgrade, the login process has changed. You will now be asked to enter:
- Your Login Reference (unchanged)
- Your Memorable Date (unchanged)
- A Password (this is new)
If you have not yet set up a password, you will be prompted to create one after entering your Login Reference and Memorable Date. If you still cannot log in after following these steps, please contact us at HousingRegister@castlepoint.gov.uk so we can assist.
