Any enquiries received will not be responded to during this period. Upon reopening on the 2nd January 2024 all enquiries will be dealt with in strict date order.

Applications are currently taking 6-8 weeks to be assessed.

The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office from 2pm on Friday 1st December due to staff training and we will also be having a Christmas Party afterwards to celebrate the successes we have had throughout the past year .

This means there wil be no telephone, email or face to face services after 2pm.
