The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office on the morning of Wednesday 31/01/2024 . This means there will be no telephone, email or face to face services at this time.

All services will resume at 1.30pm on Wednesday 31/01/2024.

Any enquiries received will not be responded to during this period. Upon reopening on the 2nd January 2024 all enquiries will be dealt with in strict date order.

Applications are currently taking 6-8 weeks to be assessed.

We would like to wish all our customers a Very Happy Christmas and a Healthy New Year.

The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office from 2pm on Friday 1st December due to staff training and we will also be having a Christmas Party afterwards to celebrate the successes we have had throughout the past year .

This means there wil be no telephone, email or face to face services after 2pm.
