From Monday 7th November 2022, our phone line opening times will be temporary reduced to 1.30pm to 4.30pm Monday - Friday.
This is to enable us to focus on urgent casework and backlogged applications.
If you are unable to call us during these times, please feel free to email us on housingadvice@castlepoint.gov.uk whereby one of the team will contact you or respond within 7 days.
Please remember visits to the main council office are by appointment only.
Applications are currently taking 6-8 weeks to be assessed - subject to all documents being received.
Please remember to provide ALL supporting documents wihtin 14 days of submitting your application.

The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office from 12.30pm on Wednesday 22/06/2022 . This means there wil be no telephone, email or face to face services on this day.
All services will resume at 10am on Thursday 23/06/2022.
