The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office from 12.30pm on Wednesday 21st June 2023 . This means there wil be no telephone, email or face to face services at this time.

All services will resume at 9.30am on Thursday 22nd June 2023 .

We will now be open from 9.30am to 12.30 pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Castle Point Borough Council will be closed from 4pm on the 22nd December 2022 and will reopen on 3rd January 2022.

Any enquiries received will not be responded to during this period. Upon reopening on the 3rd January 2022 all enquiries will be dealt with in strict date order.

Applications are currently taking 6-8 weeks to be assessed.

We would like to wish all our customers a Very Happy Christmas and a Healthy New Year.

The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office on Friday 9th December 2022 due to staff training and we will also be having a Christmas Party afterwards to celebrate the successes we have had throughout the past year .
